摘 要:目的 探讨大鼠皮肤、口腔粘膜内NOS阳性物质的正常分布。方法 用NADPH d组织化学法对成年SD大鼠皮肤、口腔各部粘膜内NOS阳性物质的分布进行观察。结果 大鼠皮肤、口腔粘膜的复层鳞状上皮除角化层外 ,其余各层细胞均呈现NOS阳性反应 ,染色强度由基底层至颗粒层依次增强 ;上皮下结缔组织中可见血管内皮细胞、神经纤维、皮脂腺及毛囊上皮外根鞘NOS染色呈阳性。结论 皮肤、口腔粘膜上皮细胞可产生NO 。Objective To explore the positive expression of NOS in the skin and buccal mucosa of rats. Methods NOS positive expression of skin and buccal mucosa of rats were observed by using histochemical method of NADPH diaphorase.Results\ NOS positive reaction appeared in stratified corneum squamous epithelium except in stratum cells of skin and buccal mucosa of rats.Staining reaction of NOS increased gradually from stratum basale cells to stratum granulosum cells.In connective tissue under epithelium,the staining of NOS positive reaction could be seen in endothelial cells of vessels,nerve fibers,sebaceous gland and lateral root sheath of hair follicles.Conclusion\ The results suggest that cells of skin and buccal mucosa can release NO and participate in the process of defense and physiological apoptosis.
