穴位刺血疗法对实验性变应性鼻炎IL-4和血清总IgE的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨穴位刺血疗法对实验性变应性鼻炎大鼠血清总IgE、IL -4的影响。方法 :采用卵清蛋白为致敏原对wistar大鼠进行实验性变应性鼻炎制模 ,96只模型动物随机分为穴位刺血治疗组(24只)、白芥子等中药穴位敷贴治疗对照组(24只)、二丙酸氯地米松喷雾治疗对照组(24只)和模型对照组(24只) ,并设立空白对照组(24只)。治疗前后采用ELISA法检测大鼠IL-4含量和血清总lgE水平。结果 :实验性变应性鼻炎大鼠IL-4含量和血清总lgE水平均明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 01)。穴位刺血治疗后外周血IL-4含量明显降低 ,血清总IgE水平下降 ,治疗前后比较有非常显著性差异 (P<0 01) ,与阳性治疗对照组结果相似。结论 :穴位刺血治疗实验性变应性鼻炎的疗效机制之一可能与其对外周血IL -4含量和IgE水平的调控有关。Objective: To explore the effect of prickling blood Therapy of acupoint(PBTA) on IL-4 and total IgE in sera of rats in experimental allergic rhinitis(EAR).Methods: 96 model rats of EAR were extablished by ovoglobulin(O.V) and they were divided into four groups randomly:the model natural recovery group,the group treated with PBTA,the group treated with point application therapy with traditional chinese medicinal herbs(PAT),the group treated with beclomethasone dipropionate(BDP) respectively,as compared with the control group.IL-4 and IgE were measured by ELISA before and after the treatments.Results:IL-4 and levels of the total IgE in blood of model rats were higher than those of the normal control,P<0.01.After treatment with PBTA,above-mentioned parameters remarkably decreased(P<0.01),it had no significant difference when compared with the control groups treated with the PAT and BDP(P>0.05).Conclusions: One of the mechanism of PBTA on EAR is that it has regulatory effect on IL-4 and IgE.
