马蹄金的解热利胆作用及其对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察马蹄金的解热、利胆作用及其对免疫功能的影响。方法 :用蛋白胨造成大鼠致热模型 ,测定其降温作用 ;以大鼠总胆管引流法 ,测定各时间段胆汁流量 ;按小鼠免疫器官重量及当日体重 ,计算胸腺及脾脏指数 ;用小鼠碳粒廓清法计算K及α值而观察吞噬功能 ;并进行小鼠血清溶血素水平的测定。结果 :经t检验显示 ,该药大剂量组 (32 5g·kg-1)有明显降温作用 ;各剂量组均可明显增加胆汁流量 ;明显增加免疫器官重量及指数 ,增强吞噬功能 ,使K及α值提高 ,且明显升高血清溶血素水平。结论 :马蹄金对动物有较明显的解热及利胆作用 。Objective :To observe the anti pyretic,promoting bilifactional actions and influence on immune function of Dichondra Repens Forst. Methods :To determine the reducing fever action on pyretic rats caused by pyretogen peptone.The volume of biliation in periods this durg used determined by drainage through ductus choledochus of rats.To calculate the thymus and spleen indices by weighting the immune organs and body of rats in the same day.To examine the phagocytosis function calculated the K and α value with carbo clearance in mice.The level of serohemolysin in mice determined. Results :The results of t test showed the obvious producing fever action in large dose group.This drug markedly increased the volume of billation in every dose groups.It markedly increased the weight of immune organs and raised above indices.Increasing of K and α value showed the strengthened.The level of serohemolysin raised. Conclusion :Dichondra repens forst have obvious antipyretic and promoting bilifactional actions.It also markedly stengthen the immune function.
