摘  要:目的 探讨隆乳术后纤维包膜挛缩的治疗方法。方法 运用高频电剥离器对隆乳术后形成的纤维包膜腔进行切割分离 ,使挛缩的包膜腔向周边扩大 ,达到预定的分离范围 ,胸廓包扎 4 8h后 ,填充聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶。结果 本组 2 0例患者 ,随访最长时间 6个月 ,其中 17例术后手感和外形均达到理想的效果 ,2例术后 1个月又出现挛缩征象 ,经抽出部分聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶 ,理疗及按摩后症状缓解 ;1例一侧乳房术后 7天B超检查聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶内有渗血 ,即行更换。Objective To explore a method of treating capsule constracture after breast augmentation. Methods A high-frequency electric dissector was applied to cut and dissect the capsule cavity formed after breast augmentation, so as to expand the contracted cavity to the designed range, and after 48 hours polyacrylamide hydrogel was injected. Results Among all the 20 patients followed-up for 6 months, 17 were satisfied with feelings and outer shapes; two patients had contracture recarred one month later and their gel been taken out then recovered after physic treatment and massage; for the other patient, ultrasonic exam 7 days after operation found blood extravasation in the gel and was then had the gel substituted. Conclusion Dissecting by high-frequency electric dissector followed by injection of polyacrylamide hydrogel has achieved good effects for treating capsule contracture after breast augmentation.
