摘　　要：公安法制类行业期刊在激烈的市场竞争环境中,如何面对期刊管理向期刊经营的转型,走出一条别具公安法制行业期刊特色的道路,成为广大办刊人孜孜以求的目标。公安法制类行业期刊的现状和部分办刊观念及刊物运作的误区严重制约着刊物自身的发展,如何改变现状,走出误区,值得深思。Under the circumstances of fierce market rivalry, many people who publish periodicals all make efforts to achieve their aims at a distinctive style of public security and legality professional periodicals. Facing the changes from periodical management to periodical administration, it is worth deeply thinking how the persons who publish periodicals change the wrong factors influencing the development of periodicals.
