RAPD技术在鞘翅目昆虫中的应用概况

摘　　要：随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术因其检测效率高、简便、灵敏等特点 ,近年来 ,被广泛应用于昆虫系统学研究中。作者通过对国内外十多年来的相关资料进行整理 ,对鞘翅目昆虫的RAPD研究进行综述。表明在鞘翅目中 ,利用RAPD进行过研究的科级单元在国外有步甲科、象甲科等 7个科 ,涉及上百种昆虫 ;而国内仅对 3科的少数种类进行过研究。研究内容包括近缘种的分类、不同地理种群的起源和演化。RAPD technique has characteristics of efficient detection, easy to operate, simple and convient et al In recent years, RAPD technique is widely used in the study of insect systematics This paper is concentrated comprehensive description on the RAPD study on Coleoptera order In Coleoptera, nine families have been analysed by RAPD technique, such as Carabidae, Curculionidae et al But in China, the developmantal speed of RAPD technique is more slowly than in foreign countries because of deficiency of equipment, skills and funds The study contents included differentiation of closely related species, genetic relationship among species, orign and evolution of population and genetic diversity
