摘　　要：文中提出了一种采用时域测量技术的双绞线测试系统方案。本系统能测试双绞线的衰减,近端串扰、线缆长度等重要参数,并能对双绞线进行故障定位和诊断。该系统有很大的实用性和潜在社会效益。In this paper, a twisted- pair cable testing system with the time-domain measurement technology is presented. The system can be used to test some important specifications of twisted - pair cable, such as the attenuation , the near end crosstalk and the cable length , and also be used to detect and locate the faults along the cable. This system is very practical and valuable.
