摘  要:钻孔夯扩挤密复合桩处理地基的范围和深度按土质条件,处理目的及要求确定,直径宜为300~600mm,用长螺旋钻施工时要掌握施工要点和质量标准。北京某公寓采用此法施工,有效地提高了地基承载力,对周边建筑物影响小,且经济效益显著。Scope and depth of subgrade to be treated by boring hole-ramming-squeezing piling may be de-termined according to soil condition,treatment purpose and technical requirement.The preferable diameter may be300-600mm.When operating with long screw drill,operating rules and quality standard should be strictly ob-served.This method was adopted in construction of an apartment building in Beijing and the bearing capacity of subgrade is therefore efficiently improved.In addition to minimized impact to the neighbored buildings,cost ef-fectiveness was achieved as well.
