摘　　要：以系统分析理论,从城市发展层面、同级街区层面以及自身层面分析无锡崇安寺街区的现状,提出突破公园门槛,强化自身特色,全面发展的规划理念,并指出此次规划在文化子目标、环境子目标、经济子目标和城市建设字目标方面的具体内涵。The existing conditions of the center are investigated from views of city development,street blocks at the same level and the centreitself. And the planning principle is based upon the overall development,its special features and the unlimited threshold of the park,and theinner contents lie in the sub-objectives of culture,economy and city construction.[
