摘 要:对酸性磷铵料浆的流动性及流变机理作了进一步研究。着重研究了磷铵料浆中所含杂质对酸性料浆粘度的影响。研究结果得出酸性磷铵料浆在低含水量时 ,所含镁的影响随含水量的减少而急剧增加 ;铁的作用比镁要小 ,且其浓度超过某一值后 ,对料浆粘度影响随其含量变化很小 ;铝的影响则更小。同时对钙、氟等杂质的影响作了简略研究。通过所获数据拟合了镁、铁。Further studies are made on the fluidity and rheological mechanism of acidic AP slurry, especially the influence of impurities on the viscosity of acidic slurry. The result shows that the Mg content sharply increases the viscosity of slurry with a decreasing moisture under a limitation of low water content, Fe is inferior to Mg, the viscosity of slurry changes little with Fe content under more than a fixed Fe content, Al is the least effect on its viscosity. Meanwhile the effects of calcium and fluorine are also studied. Finally a regression equation regarding the effects of Mg, Fe and Al is established by data processing .
