摘　　要：针对翻盘式过滤机运行中出现的滤板开裂、支承框架断裂变形、滤盘底板产生菊花状裂纹、抽液轴偏磨和翻盘带液等故障 ,分析产生的原因 。In view of some existing faults in operation of tilting pan filter, such as filter plate cracked, support frame broken/deformed, base plate of pan flawed with radioactive rays shape, suction axis abraded on deviation, and tilting pan entrained liquid etc., the reasons are sought, the countermeasures are presented and the effect is also summed up.
