摘　　要：对 14 0 0dtex/2锦纶 6加密帘布和 1870dtex/2锦纶 6帘布在 9 0 0 -2 0 16PR载重斜交轮胎中的应用进行了对比试验。结果表明 ,采用 14 0 0dtex/2锦纶 6加密帘布 ,通过调整轮胎外缘尺寸、缓冲层和胎圈等结构及混炼、帘布压延和胎面胶挤出等工艺条件 ,可使轮胎性能符合要求 。The application of 1400dtex/2 dense nylon 6 cord to 9.00-20 16PR truck tire instead of 1870dtex/2 nylon 6 cord was investigated.The results showed that the better performance of tire made of 1400dtex/2 dense nylon 6 cord was obtained and the production cost was decreased by changing the overall dimension of tire,the structures of breaker and bead,and the processing parameters in compound mixing,cord calendering and tread extruding.
