摘　　要：论述了远程多媒体监控系统构建和软件设计技术 ,提出了解决网上视频和音频传输的技术方法和远程多媒体监控系统的解决方案 。This paper states the key technologies of the construction a nd software design of remote multimedia and control systems, provides a method of network video and audio transmission and a reference of designing remote multime dia monitor and control system, also presents a programming example.
