摘 要:试验采用25个李品种和27个桃品种,共组配141个杂交组合,研究了桃、李间交配亲和性,选出了亲合力高的组合,研究了一些影响亲和性的因素.其结果表明,桃×李间杂交时,授粉后30~35d的座果率比反交高,但果实没过多长时间大部分都落掉了,即桃李间存在着单侧种间不亲和现象.而引起单侧种间不亲和现象的根本原因是母本和父本之间雌蕊长度之差及花粉粒体积之差.The cross-compatibility between peach(Prunus Persica) and plum (P.Salicina)were studied with 141 combinations which were combinated with 25 plum varieties and 27 peach varieties. After that some combination of high compatibility were sieved to find the factors which affect compatibility.The results indicated that when the peach was used as female parent to be hybridized with plum the fruit setting percentage of 30~35days after pollination was higher than the back cross,but the most premature fruit dropped at later stage.This meant that there were the unilateral interspecific incompatibility between the peach and plum.The essential reason was the difference of style length and pollen grain size between the peach and plum.
