摘　　要：针对大豆蛋白纤维的物理和化学性能 ,发现采用过醋酸漂白工艺效果最好 ,研究了漂白剂浓度、工作液pH值、温度、时间等对漂白效果的影响 ,制订了最佳工艺方案 :过醋酸 10g L ,pH值 7,温度 80℃ ,时间 10 0min。方差分析表明 ,浓度和温度对漂白效果影响最显著 ;其次为时间因素 ;pH值影响不显著。The physical and chemical properties of soybean protease fiber are briefly introduced. During peracetic acid bleaching, the factors affecting bleaching effect such as the concentration of bleaching agent, the pH value of working bath, temperature and time are all studied. Based on the variance analysis, it is showed that the influence of both concentration and temperature on bleaching effect is the most significant, and time is more significant, the pH value is non significant. The optimum process is as follows: peracetic acid 10 g/L, pH value 7, temperature 80℃, time 100 min.
