摘 要:目的 研究切除卵巢雌激素缺乏时大鼠不同部位骨密度 (BMD)变化规律。方法 3月龄SD雌性大鼠 36只分为双侧卵巢切除 (OVX)组及假手术对照组 (Sham ) ,术后每月应用双能X线骨密度测定法动态观察 2组大鼠L1~ 4 椎体和股骨的BMD变化。结果 OVX大鼠术后 1个月椎体检测到骨量明显丢失 (Ρ <0 .0 1) ,股骨骨量丢失较为缓慢 ,6个月时出现明显差异 (Ρ <0 .0 5 )。Objective To explore the influence of ovariectomy on bone mineral density(BMD)loss in different anatomic regions of osteoporosis model rats.Methods 36 3-month-old rats were divided into OVS group and sham group.Dual-energy X-ray absorptionmetry was carried out to determine the BMD in L_ 1~4 vertebrae and the femur monthly after the operation.Results Compared with shamoperated control rats,BMD loss in the vertebrae showed an apparently significant differences(Ρ<0.01)at the first month in OVX group.However BMD loss in the femur showed significant difference(Ρ<0.05)until the sixth month.Conclusion The loss speed of BMD in vertebrae is faster than that in the femur.
