摘　　要：讨论了古籍著录的对象范围,古籍的著录级别,古籍的基本著录单位,以及著录对象之间不同关系等有关元数据标准确立的基本性问题,在此基础上介绍了北京大学数字图书馆古籍元数据标准的结构、内容与系统实现。This paper discusses several topics related to rare book metadata standard such as the descriptive object and its coverage, description levels, minimum description unit and the relations among the objects. It also introduces the structure and content of the Rare Book Metadata Standard of the Peking University Library as well as the system implementation, especially on the searching and displaying interfaces.
