摘　　要：从数据库设计的角度出发 ,根据福建省高速公路建设管理省、市、驻地办 3级管理体制分析计量支付管理的需求 ,利用实体关系分析法得出计量支付管理系统的实体 ,包括高速公路、地区、驻地办、合同段、分项工程。分析实体关系 ,进行计量支付管理系统的数据库设计 ,包括概念设计、逻辑设计、物理设计。Based on database designing theory and the three level management structure of Expressway Construction Management in Fujian province, this paper analyzes the entities of expressway measurement and payment systems using entity-relation method, including expressway, city, resident office, contract section and subentry The database of expressway measurement and payment is designed according to the relation analysis of these entities The design includes concept design, logistic design and physical design The design is applied to Expressway Construction Management in Fujian province
