摘　　要：人口经济理论的发展是一个逐渐由数量经济理论向质量经济理论的演进过程。在严格控制人口数量的同时,重视并加大人力资本投入,提高人口质量,是我国的现实选择。The development of the economic theory of population is a evolution course from quantitative economics to economic theory of quality gradually. It is a realistic choice for our country to pay attention to and increase the input in heating power capital and improve the population quality ,while controlling the population size strictly.
