摘  要:用离子束处理油菜干种子 ,其后代出现了黄化苗、裂叶、株高、生育期以及脂肪酸组成改变等多种性状突变体。从供试材料的表现可以看出 ,相同剂量处理 ,不同基因型反应不同 ;不同剂量处理 ,不同基因型可能有类似反应。如氮离子中等剂量处理 ,沪油 12号株高增加 ,中油 119株高降低 ,I7株高未变 ;而高剂量处理 ,I7株高增加。特别是处理后代出现的高油酸突变体 ,将促进油菜品质育种工作向更高层次发展。由于离子注入的高激发性、剂量集中性和可控性 ,使定向诱变成为可能 ,单粒离子注入技术的发展 。The rapeseed was treated with ion radiation. Some mutants appeared in the progeny, such as yellow seedling, dehiscent leaves, and change of plant height, growth period and fatty acid component. Different effect was observed in different genotypes with same dose. Same effect appeared with different dose among genotypes. The plant height of Huyou12 increased, Zhongyou119 decreased, and I 7 had no change when the seeds were radiated with middle dose of nitrogen ion. The plant height of I 7 increased with high dose. The mutant with high oleic acid appeared in the progeny make quality breeding of rapeseed develop rapidly. Because of high stimulation of ion radiation, concentration and control of dose, it is possible that directed mutation will be in progress. The ion radiation is made to use widely with the development of single ion radiation technique.
