摘 要:研究了环境温度对成体蜓能量需求和食物同化的影响。在 2 4℃~ 33℃范围内 ,雌、雄蜓摄入能、表观消化系数和同化效率的两性差异不显著。温度显著影响蜓的能量摄入和同化效率 ,2 7℃时的能量摄入显著高于 30℃和 33℃ ,2 7℃时的同化效率显著高于 2 4℃和 33℃。各实验温级表观消化系数的差异不显著。结果表明 :环境温度对蜓能量需求和食物同化的影响显著。An experimental protocol was designed for determining the influence of temperature on energy requirement and food assimilation of the viviparous skink(Sphenomorphus indicus),which collected from Langyashan Mountian,Chuzhou,Anhui,Eastern China.Four experimental temperature were applied:24℃,27℃,30℃ and 33℃.No differences between-sex in energy,apparent digestive coefficient (ADC) and assimilation efficiency (AE) were found.Temperature significantly affected energy intake and AE.Energy intake at 27℃ was higher than those at 30℃and 33℃.AE at 27℃ was higher than those at 24℃and 33℃,but no significant differences in ADC were found.The results indicated that there was significant effect of temperature on energy requirement and food assimilation in the skink,Sphenomorphus indicus.
