摘 要:遵循过程不冷却,结晶为控制过程等工艺原则、操作理论和技术路线,在 164×3620环流式碳化塔中分别进行了联合制碱法和氨碱法母液的碳酸化重碱结晶过程模拟试验,介绍了主要条件试验和连续运转120h的试验数据,讨论了晶浆浓度、操作过饱和度、液体环流速度、结晶温度和溶液碳化度等结晶过程工艺参数,考察了二氧化碳吸收传质总系数并比较了塔的二氧化碳吸收容积能力和重碱结晶容积能力,测定了碳酸氢钠平均结疤速度。s:Based on the principles, theories and technical routines of noncooling process and crystallization as a control process, simulated tests are conducted on crystallization of sodium bicarbonate in the mother liquor by Hou's Process and AmmoniumSoda Process in a 164×3620 circumfluent carbonizing tower. Data of main parameters and 120h continuous running tests are introduced. Technical parameters are discussed such as concentration of crystallization slurry, degree of supersaturation, circumfluence velocity of liquid, crystallization temperature, degree of solution carbonization, etc. Overall mass transfer coefficient in carbon dioxide absorbing is reviewed. Absorbing volume capacity of the tower is compared with crystallizing volume capacity of sodium bicarbonate. Average scaling velocity of sodium bicarbonate is determined.
