摘　　要：科技投入对促进科技进步、经济发展具有十分重要的作用。本文在分析我国公益型科研机构投入现状和存在问题及对中、外同类机构科技投入对比分析的基础上,对其存在问题的原因及对策进行了初步探讨。The scientific and technological appropriations have played an important role in promoting the progress of science and technology and the development of economy.Based on the analysis of the present situation of science and technology appropriations into public organizations as well as the existing problems and the comparative study on the appropriation of public organizations home and abroad,the authors have preliminarily discussed the causes of existing problems and the countermeasures.
