摘　　要：高等教育研究成果与技术发明成果一样具有十分惊人的价值,但由于其社会效益和经济效益是隐性的,很难用数据表示,故难以引起人们的足够重视。如果不及时改变这一现状,不仅会阻碍我国高等教育事业的进程,还将阻碍我国的现代化进程。文章在分析了高等教育研究成果转化难的诸多原因的基础上,对解决这一问题进行了探讨。The fruits of research in higher education, like achievements in technical invention, are of remarkable value. These fruits, however, seldom receive enough attention. For the social and economic efficiency is usually invisible and hard to be shown through figures. The problems, if not solved properly, will hinder the development of the higher education in China and will even slow down the progress of modernization of our country. This article gives an analysis of causes of the difficulty to transfer the fruits of research in higher education and discusses some solutions to the problems.
