摘　　要：介绍了1-丁烯产品已工业化的生产工艺路线,重点说明了混合碳四法中脱除异丁烯和丁二烯的工艺方法。探讨了脱除丁二烯的完全加氢法和脱除异丁烯的3种方法:水合-选择性叠合反应法、水合-醚化反应法和聚合-醚化反应法。通过综合比较,确定了一条最佳的工艺路线。The industrialized technological process of 1-butene production is introduced, with the method of removing iso-butene and butadiene from C4 mixture being emphasized. Complete hydrogenation to remove butadiene and three methods of removing iso-butene such as hydration and selective congruence, hydration and reacting-etherization, polymerization-etherization are discussed here.The best technological process is determined by comparison.
