摘　　要：目的　探讨足跟软组织缺损的修复方法。方法　对 14块皮瓣、肌皮瓣移植修复足跟软组织缺损效果进行分析。结果　足跟软组织缺损 14块皮瓣修复术后创面一期愈合 12例 ,因静脉回流障碍皮瓣末端部分坏死 2例。结论　根据各类皮瓣特点和足跟软组织缺损的大小选择皮瓣方能获得更好效果。Objective To explore methods of repairing the soft tissue defect in heel.Methods The effects of 14 patients with the soft tissue defect in heel treated with flaps and muscular flap had been analysed.Rusults 12 of 14 cases survived with primany healing, and two case presented partially necrosis.Conclusion To obtain satisfactive effect, the method should be depended on the feature of the flap and the size of the soft tissue defect in heel.
