摘 要:机车司机室吸附式空调器是一种以内燃机排气的余热驱动的空调系统。该系统利用固体吸附式制冷原理 ,分子筛 水作为工质对 ,采用单吸附器结构 ,通过蓄冷器实现向内燃机车司机室连续、稳定地供冷。该文阐述了该空调器的实验方法 ,并对实验结果及性能影响因素进行了分析。实验表明 :机车司机室吸附式空调器是一种实用、可行的新型空调系统。实验结果对原型样机及其运行控制方法的设计有重要的参考价值。Internal-combustion locomotive driver-cabin adsorption air-conditioner is a new type of space cooling system, which employs zeolite-water as working pairs and is driven by the waste heat from the exhaust gas of internal-combustion engine. This system consists of an adsorber and a thermal storage device. The refrigeration capacity can be controlled and be continuously and steady provided to the locomotive driver-cabin for air-conditioning. Experimental methodology of this air-conditioner was present. Experimental results and their impact factors were discussed. The experimental results showed that this new system would be feasible and practical for locomotive driver-cabin space cooling, which is valuable for the design of prototype machine and its control strategy.
