158例电脑气囊助产临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的　为了探讨电脑气囊助产仪对自然分娩子宫颈 (宫颈 )成熟的影响作用。方法　 15 8例条件符合者在子宫口 (宫口 )开大 0 .5～ 1.0cm时 ,将电脑充气气囊放置在宫颈内口水平 ,电脑控制气囊冲气扩张宫颈至宫颈开大至 2 .5～ 3cm水平后引导自然分娩。并与同期产妇在产程时间、分娩并发症 ,以及新生儿状态等方面进行前瞻性研究。结果　使用电脑气囊助产后第一产程平均为 5 .89± 1.40h ,而对照组平均为 8.12± 2 .83h ,两者有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。自然分娩数、剖腹产数、新生儿窒息率等比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。器械助产、产后出血、产褥感染等比较均无显著性差异。结论　气囊助产装置是一种安全 ,操作简单 ,并在缩短产程 。Objective To explore the effect of computer gasbag delivering influence on labor progress.Method The time of puerperal,mumber of natural puerpera,number of cesarean section,number of nowborn's stifling and machine delivering,obstetrics complication were compared between the two groups, the equipment of computer garbag delivering was used in 158 labors when the external os of cervix was opened to 0.5～1.0 cm,the garbag be putted into the cerrical canal and expanded it until the external os of cervix was opened to 2.5～3.0 cm.(group A),other 164 was not using it (group B)during same period.Results In the first puerperal period,group A average time is 5.09±1.40 h,group B time is 8.12±2.83 h.this differece had statistically significant ( P <0.01). Number of cesarean section and suffocation rate decreased number of natural puerpera increased. All differece were statistically significant ( P <0.05).Compard with the 2 nd groups, they were no statistically significant betwween the postpartum haemorrhage and the number of cervix dropsy,etc.Conclusion The equipment of computer gasbag delivering israther signficant in the aspects of shoter the process of giving birth, decreasing the proportion of cesarean section,lower the rate of nowborn's stifling. It is a kind of safe and effective delivering method.
