摘　　要：《第四军医大学学报》在全体编审人员的共同努力下,全面推行以质量为中心的办刊机制,坚持以论文为核心、编校为主导、印刷是关键的办刊方针,探索出一套行之有效的管理体制,促进了期刊质量的稳步提高,同时为创办国际知名期刊奠定了良好的基础。The publishing of the Journal of the Fourth Military Medical University has been further developed by efforts of all editorial board members in the past few years. Through stressing the quality of papers accepted by the Journal, of the edting and proofreading , and of the printing, the overall quality of the Journal has been improved steadily under an effective management system. The foundation for the Journal to be a world famous one has now been established.
