摘　　要：储蓄存款实名制的实行,对我国市场的规范化发展意义深远,但在其实行中出现了种种问题,限制了实名制作用的发挥。因此,存款实名制下的银行业务、储户存款的保密以及实名制下与财产所有权相关的法律都需要进一步加以完善。Real name system of savings account is meaningful to the r eg ular development of the market.But some problems limit its function.The article analyzes the improvement of the bank business,maintaining secrecy of savings acc ount and the relative legal problems of property right.The articlealso advances the relevant legal countermeasures in order to benefit the enforcement of the sy stem.
