摘　　要：病案是医院的重要信息资料 ,它在医院、科研、教学、法律中所起的作用越来越大 ,因此病案管理工作的重要性就日益受到医学界的重视。从医院的实践工作来看 ,要想提高病案科的管理水平 ,需要明确的分工管理、建立清晰的工作流程、培养高素质专业人员是关键、制定严格的规章制度是保障、积极开展新技术、新业务是要求 ,同时必须建立与临床科室的密切联系 。Cases are hospital's information datas. Its function is more and more important for everyone in medical treatment, science research, medical science teaching, or law basis. So the disease case management of hospital is important and it's increasingly caused attention by medical science field. Through our practices operation in hospital, It's evidenced is important to establish clear and definite management, and establish clear workflow, and educate profession personnel of the high character. In order to increase manage level, we need have a strict regulation system, need actively open the new technique and new business, need start a close contact to clinical departments. Finally, take an outlook for the future of disease case management.
