摘　　要：目的 :探讨四磨汤治疗急腹痛的疗效。方法 :对 30例使用胆碱能受体拮抗剂无效的急腹痛患者 ,改用四磨汤治疗。结果 :30例患者急腹痛在 3h内均得到缓解 ,其中显效 86 .6 7% ,有效 13.33%。结论Objeotive To study the clinical effect of simo decoction on acute abdominal pain of dysmotility gastrointestinal disorders. Methods Treated with M chilineregic blocking drugs were failure in 30 patients with acute abdominal pain of dysmotility gastrointestinal disorders, we changed to treatment combined with Simo decoction and on those patients with acute abdominal pain of dysmotility gastrointestinal disorders. Results The 30 cases all were improving symptoms of acute abdominal pain in 3 hours which that to tearment combined with Simo decoction. The total effective were 100 % and the markedly effective rates were 86.67 % in 30 patients with acute abdominal pain of dysmotility gastrointestinal disorders. Conclusion Teatment combined with Simo decoction is more effective on acute abdominal pain of dysmotility gastrointestinal disorders.
