摘  要:目的:了解目前下呼吸道感染的主要致病菌和细菌耐药情况,呼吸科合理应用抗菌药物的依据。方法:从吉林大学第一医院呼吸内科住院85例患者合格痰标本中,分离出100株菌株,试验方法与药敏判断均按照美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)诊断标准。结果:共培养出G-杆菌16种,G+球菌5种,G-球菌2种,前六位的为:表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷白杆菌、β-溶血性链球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、臭鼻克雷伯氏菌及大肠杆菌,但主要的为G-杆菌的感染,占51%,G+球菌的感染仅占22%,二者的比例为2.5:1。结论:本文结果表明,G-杆菌感染最多,其次为G+球菌,真菌感染列第三位。Objective The study of the main pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance of lower respiratory tract infection is the basis of using antibiotics correctly for the physicians of respiration department .Method Isolated100strains of qualified sputum from85patients of the respiration department in the first hospital of Jilin university.Selected experimental methods and estimated drug susceptibilities according to the diagnosis standard of NCCLS.Results We cultured G - bacilli16species totally,G + coccus5species,G - coccus2species.In all of these strains,the top6pathogenic bacteria is:cuticle staphylococcus,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Beta-hcmolytic streptococcus,pseudomonas,Klebsiella ozaense and Escherichia colli.Among these strains,main is G-bacilli,repesent-ing51%,and only22%by G + coccus.The ratio is2.5:1.Conclusion The results show that the G - baciUi infection is the most one,the G + baCiUi infection is the second one,and the fungus infection is the third one.
