摘　　要：目的:为寻求一种适合颜面部创面修复的手术方法。方法:针对面部体表良性肿瘤切除后的创面,直径在0.5～2.5cm范围内,应用改良的菱形瓣进行创面修复46例。结果:术后无1例出现皮瓣坏死及器官移位畸形,随访3个月～1年,术区疤痕不明显。结论:本法操作方便,安全可靠,术后疤痕不明显,适用于颜面部修复。Objective To find an appropriate method of using the modified rhomboid flap to repair skin defects.Method The skin defects were on a variety of areas after skin benign tumour operation.The smallest defect was o.5cm,and the largest2.5cm.Modified rhomboid flaps have been used to repair skin defects of the face in46patients.Results After operation,all flaps survived,no organ was transposed,following3month1year.No scar fomulated Conclusion It's a simple,safe and reliable method of using the modified rhomboid flap to repair skin defects.
