摘  要:目的 探讨长期维持性血液透析患者的心脏结构、功能特点。方法 以超声心动图检查 64例长期维持性血液透析患者 (其中老年患者 1 7例、非老年患者 47例 )的 LVDd、L VDs、IVST、LVPWT及 FS、EF、E/ A和 Ei/ Ai。结果  (1 )与对照组比 ,两组透析患者的 LVDd、LDs、LVST、L VPWT均有显著差异 ;而非老年组与老年组比 ,LVDd、LVDs有显著差异。老年组左室肥厚发病显著高于非老年组 (64.0 3% / 89.36% )。 (2 )与对照组比 ,两组血透患者 FS、EF、E/ A、Ei/ Ai均有明显降低 ,而老年组明显低于非老年组。老年组左心室收缩功能障碍发病率高于非老年组 (58.81 % /2 3.49% )。左心室舒张功能障碍发病率也高于非老年组 (52 .94% / 1 7.0 2 % )。结论 长期血液透析老年患者的心脏具有结构改变相对轻 ,功能改变相对重的特点。Objective To discuss the patient's behavior of heart's construction and function who take a long- term hemodialysis. Methods 64 patients who took hemodialysis were selected to do echocardiography(17old patients, 47young patients) , then compared their LVDd?LVDs?IVST?LVPWT ?FS?EF?E/A and Ei/Ai. Results ①To contrast to the healthy individuals , both of the patient teams had significant difference in LVDd?LVDs?LVST?LVPWT . There were significant difference in LVDs?LVDd between old and young patient teams . The episode of left ventricle thickening in old team were notable higher than youth team(64.03%/89.36%)?② To contrast to the healthy individual , both of the patient teams had significant decrease in FS?EF?E/A?Ei/Ai , but old team was much lower than the young team . The episode of contraction dysfunction of left ventricle in old team was higher than youth(58.81%/23.49%).The episode of relax dysfunction of left ventricle in old team were higher than youth(52.94%/17.02%). Conclusions Old patients who have taken a long-term hemodialysis have a behavior of their hearts that the alternation is more light in construction and more serious in function.
