蛤蚧益肺宝胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：观察采用滋阴纳气、燥湿化痰、祛瘀平喘法研制的蛤蚧益肺宝胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎的作用。治疗组 46例患者应用蛤蚧益肺宝胶囊 ,对照组 46例采用羧甲司坦片治疗 ,疗程 1个月。结果 :治疗组临床控制 12例 ,显效 2 3例 ,好转 8例 ,无效3例 ,总有效率为 93 .48% ( 95 % CI=82 .3 5 %～ 98.62 % ) ;对照组临床控制 8例 ,显效 16例 ,好转 15例 ,无效 7例 ,总有效率为 84.78% ( 95 % CI=71.70 %～ 93 .80 % ) ;两组综合疗效比较 ,有显著差异 ( u=2 .0 60 0 ,P=0 .0 3 95 ) ;治疗组每治疗 12人 ,可较对照组减少 1例无效患者 ( N NT=12 ,95 % CI=3 .5 8～ 40 .0 0 )。To observe the effect of Tokay Yifeibao Capsule on chronic bronchitis(the medicine was formulated under the guidance of “nourishing yin and improving inspiration by invigorating the kidney-qi、removing dampness to reduce phlegm、removing the phlegm and relieving asthma”),46 patients were treated with Tokay Yifeibao Capsule,and 46 patients treated with Carbocisteine were set up as the control group.The course of treatment was 1 month.Result:In the treatment group,12 cases were clinically controlled,23 cases effective , 8 cases turned better , and 3 cases noneffective . The total effective rate was 93.48%(95%CI=82.35%～98.62%);While in the control group,the number was 8,16,15,7 respectively.The total effective rate was 84.78%(95%CI=71.70%～93.80%).The difference between the two groups was notable (u=2.0600,P=0.0395) Every 12 cases treated in the treatment group could diminish 1 cases of inefficiency compared with the control group(NNT=12,95%CI=3.58～40.00).The ventilation of lung was improved significantly in the treatment gruop.
