摘　　要：目的 :对雄黄、牛黄解毒片中可溶性砷含量进行测定和比较。方法 :采用分光光度法。结果 :在 4～ 2 0μg范围内 ,线性关系良好 ( r=0 .9993) ;回收率为 99.1%。结论 :该方法灵敏度高 ,重现性好 。Objective:To determine the soluble As in Niuhuangjiedu tablet and Xionghuang.Methods:The content of As is determined by spectrophotometry.Results:The linear range is 4～20 μg( r =0.999 3), the average recovery rate is 99.1 %.Conclusion:The method is sensitive and has good reproducibility.It can be used as a reference to the content limits of As in Niuhuangjiedu tablet.
