摘　　要：根据科技资金投入与科技活动产出过程的特点 ,提出了评价科技金融结合效益的指标体系和效益评价模型。指标体系反映了科技资金投入与科技活动产出全过程的关系 ,考虑到科技活动产出的多元性和不可加性 ,利用层次分析法计算了评价指标的权重 。On the basis of the characteristics of capital input and output process of scientific and technological activities, the essay has come up with an efficiency evaluating index system and modes used for measuring science technology and finance integration efficiency, proposed index system including the overall process evaluation of capital input and output in science and technology activity. Considering the fact that there are many elements, which allows no simple 'adding-up' treatment, functioning in the output activity, the essay computes the weight of evaluating indexes by hierachical analysis process, and carries out demonstration analysis on China's efficiency of science technology and finance integration by using the above efficiency evaluating index system and modes.
