摘　　要：　中俄两国经济转轨面临着体制运转方面的系统困难。为此,两国采取了不同的改革方式,但改革的效果相差悬殊。总结中俄经济转轨的经验教训,对于新时期中国进一步的综合性体制改革,具有重要的现实意义。This paper summarizes the difficulties China and Russia have faced in their economic reform. They have opted different innovation ways; its effect of innovation is different. We must draw lessons and experience from the economic system reform of China and Russia and stick to institutional innovation gradually and deeply.
