高压泵柱塞表面切削加工方法的探讨

摘　　要：分析了柱塞表面喷涂Ni60后涂层的加工性能 ,对车削加工涂层所用刀具种类及其几何参数和合理的切削用量进行了研究 。This paper analyses the processing abilities of the plunger surface which have been flame plated with metel Ni60, makes research on cutting the plunger surface with lathe tools, the choice of the kinds of tools, and its geometry parameter and tells the determination of cutting correctly and the processing result of the plunger surface.
