摘　　要：目的　探讨多功能显微诊断仪 (MDI)在淋球菌筛检中的应用价值。方法　利用多功能显微诊断仪活体检测患者淋球菌与培养方法 (金标准 )比较 ,所得数据用统计方法处理。结果　 MDI活体检测其敏感性为88% ,特异性为 80 .1% ,χ2 =7.88,P<0 .0 5。结论　采用 MDI进行淋球菌筛检 ,方法简单、实用 ,能起到快速筛查作用 。Objective To explore the usefulness of multifunction microscopy diagnosis instrument(MDI) on detection of Neisserin gonorrhoeae(NG).Methods The specimens were measured with MDI to detect living NG and cultured.At the same time,the data were analysed by statistical software.Results The sensitivity,spectificity of MDI methods were 88% and 80.1% respectively and there was significant difference between the two kinds of methods(χ 2=7.88, P <0.05).Conclusion The methods of MDI is simple,quick and suitable for screening out N.G.
