摘　　要：目的　探讨 CT在骨关节创伤中的临床应用价值。方法　回顾性分析我院 CT检查证实的 37例被X平扫漏诊的骨折病例 ,受伤部位分别为髋关节 15例 ,膝关节 5例 ,颞颌关节 1例 ,腕关节 2例 ,鼻骨 6例 ,眼眶骨 8例。结果　所有病例 CT横断面图像均明确地显示了骨折。结论　 CT检查能够提供骨关节创伤非常有价值的信息 ,若患者临床症状、体征不能除外骨折 ,X线检查后行Objective To investigate the value of CT in diagnosis of bone and joint trauma.Methods Thirty seven cases of fracture misdiagnosed by radiography and corrected by CT images were analyzed retrospectively.The fracture occurred in the hip joint(5 cases),the wrist(2 cases),knee joint(5 cases),temporomandibular joint(1 case),the os nasale(6 cases),the orbit(8 cases)respectively.Results Fractures were demonstrated definitely with CT transaxial imaging in all patients.Conclusion CT images can afford very valuable information about the bone and joint trauma,CT should be the next choice when plain films fail to reveal suspected fracture in the setting of suggestive symptoms and positive physical examination.
