摘 要:从虚拟仪器概念出发研制基于微型计算机的低成本离心机组转子振动监测系统。对电涡流位移传感器的温度稳定性进行了研究 ,并在电路设计、元器件选择等方面加以改进。实现8通道振动信号的数字化采集 ,并进行数据动态显示、在线处理和分析、结果显示和存储及意外故障及时报警与现场数据保存。整套传感器、虚拟仪器系统满足了离心机组转子振动的高精度。This paper deals with the development of a low cost vibration monitoring system using IBM compatible PC to detect the vibration of centrifuges rotors along with the experiment of the temperature stability of an eddy current sensor.The way to design circuits and select components is improved.The digital data acquisition of the 8 channel vibration signals is carried out.The data are processed and analysed in an on line way and displayed and saved automatically.The system can give off an alarm when the rotor runs out of order and store the vibration data a few minutes before the rotor is damaged.The developed sensor and virtual instrument system exhibits good performance in the rotor vibration measurement with hig precision and in the remote monitoring of centrifuges running state automatically.
