季戊四醇水溶液结晶介稳区性质的研究

摘　　要：用激光自动检测法测定了季戊四醇水溶液在不同降温速率、搅拌转速下的结晶介稳宽度以及不同过饱和度下的结晶成核诱导期。By means of laser automatic testing device, the metastable crystallization zone width at different cooling and agitating rate and the induction period of nucleation at different supersaturation degree of pentaerythritol aqueous solution were measured. The solubility of pentaerythritol in water was determined by refractometry.
