摘　　要：分析了Internet应用领域上不同的应用程序因采用HTTP协议而不能自由地交换数据、实现信息和软件模块的共享的因素.提出了一个利用SOAP协议合理的解决方案.并介绍了SOAP协议,包括SOAP的结构、SOAP元素、SOAP编码规则;构造了一个SOAP消息系统的结构.实现了此结构的全部功能.This article has analyzed the reason that Internet data can not freely exchange and information and soft ware module can not share between the application procedures. Solutions to this problem by means of SOAP Protocol has been presented. SOAP protocol has been simply described, including structure of SOAP, element of SOAP, regulation of code and using SOAP via HTTP. Structure of SOAP message system is formed, and all the functions of this structure are implemented.
