摘 要:讨论了电力系统物理稳定性对竞争充分性的制约 ,竞争充分性对电力市场经济稳定性的影响 ,及电力市场的运营对可用发电容量和可用输电容量的影响。介绍了一般商品市场经济稳定性和电力市场稳定性的研究概况 ,指出由于现有方法的局限性 ,不能用来分析电力市场大扰动下的长期稳定性。The restrictions of power system stability on sufficient competition of power market, the influences of competition sufficiency on power market stability, and the effects on power system investment, available generation capacity and available transmission capacity of power market operation are discussed in this paper. Existing economic stability theories are reviewed together with the studies on power market stability. Emphasizing the differences between power markets and general markets, it is pointed out that existing economic stability theories cannot be applied to power markets. A new method is proposed to study power market stability.
