摘　　要：开发基于 c# 的 Windows 应用程序的关键步骤是创建一个适当的窗体，向窗体中增加控件，最后增加响应用户事件的代码，通过一个简单的实例介绍了程序开发过程。The decisive step to develop application programme on the basis of C# windows is to create an appropriate form. Controls have to be added to the form and finally increase the codes of users' events which respond. The developing process has been introduced through a simple example.
