摘　　要：针对国内建筑设计市场激烈竞争的现状 ,结合对民用建筑设计特点的分析 ,阐明了对建筑师素质的要求 ,同时提出一些具体建议 。According to drastic competition in architecture design market and combined with analysis on the characteristics of building design the requirements are proposed to architects. At the same time some concrete suggestions are put forwards in order to make architects to adapt the developments in building design.
