摘　　要：提出了高层建筑施工中沉降观测的基本要求和施测步骤 ,阐述了常见问题的处理方法。以避免因沉降原因造成建筑物主体结构的破坏或产生影响结构使用功能的裂缝 ,提高高层施工中的沉降观测质量。In this paper basic specifications and operation steps of settlement observation in high rise building construction are proposed. The treatment measures are proposed for common problems to avoid the damages and cracks caused by settlement on major structure of building and enhance the observation quality in high rise building construction.
