Organic Film Photovoltaic Cell with Rear-earth Complex

摘  要:采用真空气相沉积法制备了结构为ITO/TPD/Gd(DBM)3bath/Mg∶Ag的双层结构有机光伏器件,其中,TPD为受体,Gd(DBM)3bath为给体。在4mW/cm2的365nm波长紫外光从ITO玻璃方向垂直照射下,器件的开路电压Voc,短路电流Isc和填充因子FF分别为3 2V,29 24μA/cm2,0 286。在实验中发现器件的外量子效率的光谱响应曲线与TPD的吸收光谱曲线基本一致,在紫外光照射下TPD/Gd(DBM)3bath膜层的界面处产生的激基复合物在光伏过程中扮演着至关重要的角色。Organic film photovoltaic cell, ITO/TPD/Gd(DBM)3bath/Mg∶Ag, was fabr icated. The TPD, N,N'diphenylN,N'bis(3methylphenyl)1,1'diphenyl4,4' diami ne, and Gd(DBM)3bath, gadolinium (dibenzoylmethanato)3(bathophenanthroline) , ar e the electron acceptor and donor, respectively. Fabrication process is indicate d shortly. Although TPD acts as an active layer in the bilayered cells, insertio n of a Gdcomplex film between TPD and the alloy cathode is necessary for effic i ent carrier photogeneration. Under the irradiation of 365nm UV light wi th 4mW/cm2, t he cell shows shortcircuit current of 2924μA/cm2, opencircuit voltage o f 3. 2V, fill factor of 0.286 and external quantum efficiency of 273, respectivel y. And the spectral response region of EQE is matched to the absorption spectrum o f TPD film, suggesting t hat it's the absorption of TPD layer but not that of the Gd(DBM)3 bath plays a d ominant role in the creation of photovoltaic. We also demonstrated the rela tions hip between photovoltaic phenomena and exciplex,  *, which generated at the interface between TPD and Gd(DBM)3 bath layers. And we ca n say t hat in the photovoltaic progress the exciplex * a ct s as a holeelectron pair, or in other words, acts as lightgenerated exciton.
